  The base for this practice, so appointments here are the easiest to fit in — often within the same week.

  A short drive from Tweed Heads, with a large retired population and several villages I visit regularly.

• Kingscliff 2487

  Visited on a set run down the coast road, so Kingscliff appointments usually sit together on the same day.

• Coolangatta 4225

  Just over the border, and close enough to Tweed Heads that it is part of the standard run.

• Terranora 2486

  Hilly and spread out, which is exactly where getting to a clinic is hardest and a home visit earns its keep.

• Pottsville 2489

  At the southern end of the run, so Pottsville visits are grouped onto particular days.

• Cabarita Beach 2488

  Grouped with the Kingscliff and Pottsville coastal run.

• Murwillumbah 2484

  Inland from the coast, and covered on the same day as the surrounding valley.
